WEBSITE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Dog Boarding, Stay & Play, Dog Walking, and Pet Sitting Services


1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking services through our website, mobile application, or client portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

All services are subject to availability, service area restrictions, and compliance with our onboarding requirements.

2. Services Provided

We provide the following services:

  • Dog Boarding
     
  • Stay & Play (Daycare Services)
     
  • Dog Walking
     
  • Pet Sitting (In-Home Care)
     

All services are delivered according to our internal operational procedures, safety standards, and scheduling policies.


3. Client Account & Booking

  • All clients must create an account in our client portal.
     
  • All pets must have a completed profile including vaccination records and emergency contact information.
     
  • A signed service agreement and waiver are required prior to the first service.
     
  • Services must be requested and confirmed through our official booking system.
     

We reserve the right to decline services for safety, behavioral, or service-area reasons.


4. Health & Vaccination Requirements

For all boarding and Stay & Play services:

  • Dogs must be current on Rabies, DHPP (or equivalent), and Bordetella.
     
  • Proof of vaccinations must be uploaded prior to service.
     
  • Dogs must be free of contagious illness.
     

For in-home services:

  • Pets must be in stable health at the time of service.
     

If a pet becomes ill during service, we will attempt to contact the owner and emergency contact. If immediate care is required, we will seek veterinary treatment at the client’s expense.


5. Behavioral Standards

For the safety of pets and staff:

  • Dogs must be non-aggressive toward humans and other dogs.
     
  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for unsafe behavior.
     
  • Clients must disclose any history of aggression, anxiety, reactivity, or bite incidents.
     

Failure to disclose behavioral concerns may result in immediate service termination without refund.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Dog Walking & Pet Sitting: Cancellations must be made within the specified notice window (recommended: 24–48 hours).
     
  • Boarding & Stay & Play: Cancellations may require 3–7 days notice depending on season.
     
  • Holiday services may require longer cancellation windows and may be subject to holiday surcharges.
     

Late cancellations may be charged partially or in full.


7. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required via the client portal.
     
  • Services may be prepaid or invoiced weekly depending on your billing model.
     
  • Unpaid balances may result in service suspension.
     
  • Packages (if offered) must be used within their stated validity period.
     

We reserve the right to adjust pricing with notice.


8. Access to Home (For Walking & Pet Sitting)

  • Clients must provide safe and functional access to their home.
     
  • Lockboxes, smart locks, or key management procedures must be approved.
     
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by faulty locks, dead batteries, or access failure.
     

9. Safety & Emergency Procedures

While we take all reasonable precautions:

  • Dogs may engage in normal play behaviors that could result in minor injury.
     
  • Off-leash play (if applicable) carries inherent risk.
     
  • We are not liable for pre-existing conditions aggravated during service.
     

In emergencies:

  • We will contact you immediately.
     
  • If unreachable, we will contact your emergency contact.
     
  • If necessary, we will seek veterinary care at your expense.
     

10. Inclement Weather Policy

Services may be modified due to:

  • Extreme heat
     
  • Severe storms
     
  • Ice or unsafe walking conditions
     

Walks may be shortened and replaced with enrichment activities indoors when appropriate.


11. Photo & Media Release

We may take photos of pets during services for client reports and social media marketing unless the client opts out in writing.

12. Limitation of Liability

While we carry insurance and operate under strict safety protocols:

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to property unless caused by gross negligence.
     
  • We are not liable for pets with undisclosed medical or behavioral conditions.
     
  • Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company and employees except in cases of proven gross negligence.
     

13. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for:

  • Unsafe pet behavior
     
  • Unsafe home environments
     
  • Non-payment
     
  • Harassment or inappropriate conduct toward staff


 

14. Mobile Information & SMS Privacy Policy

Company respects your privacy. When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from us, you agree to the following terms regarding how we use and protect your information.

How We Use Mobile Information

Your mobile number may be used to:

  • Confirm and remind you of scheduled appointments
     
  • Provide service updates related to your pet’s care
     
  • Respond to your inquiries
     
  • Send administrative notifications related to your account
     
  • Communicate urgent or time-sensitive information
     

We do not use SMS for unsolicited marketing without explicit written consent.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your scheduled services and communication needs.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-In Consent

By providing your mobile number and opting in through our website, client portal, written agreement, or other documented method, you consent to receive SMS messages from Company.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS communication at any time by replying:

STOP

After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-enroll.

Data Sharing & Protection

We respect your privacy.

  • Mobile information will not be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

  • All data is stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable privacy standards.


15. Carrier Liability disclaimer

  •  Mobile carriers are not responsible for messages sent 


16. Age restriction

  • You must be 18 years or older to use our services



 

17. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
