Skills & Qualifications
Here's what we're looking for in our crew members.
Required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must love animals
- Must have a working cellphone
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Ability to work varying schedules, primarily mornings and afternoons, with some evenings and weekends
- Ability to handle multiple dogs of various sizes with care and compassion
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Great time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Cannot be allergic to animal hair or cleaning products
- Must be able to work on feet for long periods of time
- Willingness to drive to pet sitting assignments up to 30 miles from home
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
- Strong customer service skills to interact with pet owners and maintain relationships
Preferred
- Previous experience with cats and dogs
- Ability to work during weekends and holidays
Open Positions
We're always looking for dedicated, compassionate people to join our team.
Pet Care Attendant
Provide hands-on care for boarded and daycare dogs and cats. Responsibilities include feeding, playtime, cleaning, and monitoring animal health and behavior.

Dog Walker
Walk dogs in the Magnolia area and provide updates to pet owners. Must be comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments.

Pet Sitter
Visit clients' homes to care for pets while owners are away. Includes feeding, playtime, walks, and providing peace of mind to pet parents.

Foster Coordinator (Volunteer)
