We will never place your fur baby into a metal cage. We emphasis group play over isolation. Dogs that get along with others will play with others. Our "enclosures" are designed to be home-like, with beds and space to move around, typically 4 ft by 6 ft and are used for feeding time and recharge time. Dogs are social animals and love to play, but also need time to themselves.

We have fear-free certifications and have gone through specialized training to minimize fear and anxiety in our visiting guests. Enclosures are designed so that anxious dogs don't see each other and staff has been trained on routines to minimize the fear and anxiousness that some dogs may have.

For our boarding services, we will come to you and pick up your dog(s) and deliver them back to your home at a time of your choosing. If you want your furrbaby to greet you at the door when you return, we can drop them off just before you get home from your trip.

At Scallywags, customer service is at the core of what we do. We know you are entrusting your furrbaby to us, as well as your home if we are walking your dog or visiting your cat while you're away. We go the extra mile and treat your precious family member as if they were our own. 

As an example, if they have an accident in the house, we clean it up, so you don't come home to a mess. If we notice health issues, we notify you immediately.

You also will receive detailed reports and lot of pictures after each visit or boarding potty break and play time.
